City Luxe Garden Suite

Comodo, pulito, molto confortevole. Positive: La posizione è sempre molto soggettiva: ho scelto questo alloggio proprio perché vicinissimo a Crystal Palace, dove volevo soggiornare. E' comunque molto comodo anche per chi volesse visitare il centro o altre zone della metropoli: una fermata del bus è praticamente davanti a casa e la stazione ferroviaria a meno di un km. Tutto pulitissimo e nuovo. Non posso esprimermi sui servizi perché all'alloggio si accede con self-check in. Massima libertà, quindi, di muoversi. C'è pure una cucina, ma non attrezzata, mentre ci si può servire di stoviglie a disposizione nella cucina comune, altrettanto pulitissima.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay the location and the presentation of the property was as advertised. Negative: We noticed multiple things that would make the stay Better. Bathroom shower should have equipment to place toiletries when showering. Suite didn’t have cutlery and dinnerware, each suite should have their own - not only from the main kitchen. Plug sockets are positioned far from the bed and there should be a way each room should be able to control heating as it got cold very often during stay. We also found that there was fox/dog waste in the garden.

I stayed here recently and was really impressed. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The main kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of coffee options and everything you could need. The location was great — just a short walk from the station. Definitely planning to come back next year!
