Goed verzorgde kamer op 2 minuten wandelen van het station. Positive: De ligging op 2 minuten wandelen van het station van Anerley, eigen wc en douche en een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Negative: Een tweede stoel zou prettig zijn in een tweepersoons kamer en een schemerlamp.

Génial, il était splendide et merveilleux Positive: Propreté, disponibilité du personnel, sécurité, parking cuisine, disponibilité des cafés et etc. tout est parfait Negative: Juste si vous pouvez améliorer dans les chambres, la lumière bleue mettre une lumière un peu plus cosy, ambiance dit une lumière d’hôpital, chambre une des deux petits spots

Never come across such an incompetent management extremely unhappy Positive: Property new and well maintained close to Anerley station. Negative: My elderly mother was locked out from the property all night separated from her belongings and medications. There was no staff or means to contact the facility. This is both unacceptable and dangerous. No compensation was offered for the damages and the inconvenience of being left homeless in Anerley in winter. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this facility unless they are interested in spending a night on the streets of Anerley.

A clean, quiet and comfortable place that felt like home. Positive: The room was very clean, including the shower. The place was quiet and I hardly saw anyone even though there were other rooms. I used the fridge, washing machine and dryer, which made the stay feel like home. The space was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I would have stayed longer if there were more days available at the time. Negative: There were a few hairs on the chair, but the chairs fabric is the reason it probably got stuck so it made sense. The only real problem was on the first night when a couple la room opposite mine argued loudly and kept going in and out of their room. It kept me awake for a while, but after that everything was peaceful.

Positive: Very clean Negative: No tv in the room it definitely needs a tv because it can be very quiet and lonely
